This house just couldn't cool off, even with 3 systems! We came in and changed the main system out with this new 14 S.E.E.R. Goodman System. Finally, with a much better AC unit, we were able to get cool air circulating inside of the house!
This is a picture of a mini split system that we recently installed. These systems are very efficient plus, they are extremely quiet. For this reason, they are often used in places such as bonus rooms and sun rooms.
It had been a long time since this system had been replaced. It was completely worn out! However, we didn't want to just replace it with any system.
We wanted to make sure that whatever we installed next, would be even better than before. We decided that Goodman would be the best brand for the job. This system has a 10 year warranty and is much more efficient than the system that was previously used.
This is a 16 S.E.E.R. heat pump system. Some of the bonuses to this system are high efficiency, super quiet variable speed motors, and a two stage compressor setup. We really enjoyed installing this new system because we knew our customers were going to LOVE having it!
This job was definitely an interesting one! A mouse got stuck in the heat pump system and caused the capacitor to go bad which meant that the system stopped working as well! That's a lot of cause and effect right there! Luckily, we have repaired a LOT of air conditioning systems over the years, so this wasn't anything new to us. It was an easy fix.
A copper line set was stolen out of this house, so our job was to repair and replace the exterior line set cover and copper line set. The new line set had to run up the outside of the house, but it looked a little tacky.
So instead of leaving the line the way it was, we decided to paint it to match the house and then positioned it to where it covered up the copper line set.
Basically everyone has dealt with a leak in their ceiling, but a freon leak? That is NO GOOD! We came to the rescue though and had the ceiling leak free in just a short visit! And because of his years of experience, David Swenson proved to be the perfect man for the job!
