This house just couldn't cool off, even with 3 systems! We came in and changed the main system out with this new 14 S.E.E.R. Goodman System. Finally, with a much better AC unit, we were able to get cool air circulating inside of the house!

This is a picture of a mini split system that we recently installed. These systems are very efficient plus, they are extremely quiet. For this reason, they are often used in places such as bonus rooms and sun rooms.
It had been a long time since this system had been replaced. It was completely worn out! However, we didn't want to just replace it with any system.

This job was definitely an interesting one! A mouse got stuck in the heat pump system and caused the capacitor to go bad which meant that the system stopped working as well! That's a lot of cause and effect right there! Luckily, we have repaired a LOT of air conditioning systems over the years, so this wasn't anything new to us. It was an easy fix.
A copper line set was stolen out of this house, so our job was to repair and replace the exterior line set cover and copper line set. The new line set had to run up the outside of the house, but it looked a little tacky.
So instead of leaving the line the way it was, we decided to paint it to match the house and then positioned it to where it covered up the copper line set.
